So, as well as my monthly wrap ups, I am going to be posting my monthly TBR piles! It will be interesting to see whether I actually stick to the pile I make at the beginning of the month or not…
I think I may be being a little ambitious with my May TBR pile, but I will try my best to get through them all. I have chosen a total of 10 books, which to some of you may not seem like a lot, but I have so many other things planned for the month, that I just don’t know if I’ll manage this. Fingers crossed.
BOOKS 1, 2, 3, AND 4: The Green Mile by Stephen King
As you know from my April Wrap Up, I am participating in a Readalong of The Green Mile on Instagram. We are currently half way through, so this month I will be finishing part 3, and reading parts 4, 5, and 6.
BOOK 5: Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll
I actually started this book last month, but hardly read any of it, and I’ve been struggling to get into it. But, hopefully I will get through it this month.
BOOK 6: Twisted by Steve Cavanagh
I AM SO EXCITED TO READ THIS BOOK!!! I absolutely loved Thirteen, which I read a few months back (HERE’S THE REVIEW), and when I heard that Steve Cavanagh was releasing a new book, I had to have it!
BOOK 7: The Killer You Know by S.R. Masters
I actually won the ARC for this on Twitter! This is my first time reading an ARC, and I’m looking forward to it.
BOOK 8: The Immortal Prudence Blackwood by Stephanie Grey
This is a book I requested on NetGalley. The description was so good, I had to give it a go. Also, can we just appreciate the cover art for a moment!
BOOK 9: Living With Vincent Van Gogh by Martin Bailey
Another book I requested on NetGalley! As an artist myself, Van Gogh is a huge inspiration of mine, so getting a more in depth look into his life is something special for me.
BOOK 10: Frozen: The Authors Cut by Jay Bonansinga
Again, a NetGalley request! I’ve heard great things about Jay Bonansinga’s work, and this book caught my eye. All of the reviews I’ve seen for this so far have been really positive too.
WISH ME LUCK!!! (I think I’m going to need it)
Leave a comment with which books you are planning to read this month!
