Monthly TBR: October 2019

I have no idea where this year has gone, but we are finally at my favourite month of the year. IT IS OFFICIALLY SPOOKY SEASON!

I have chosen 6 books for the month, including the book I began at the end of September, but because I have a few review requests, unfortunately I will only be reading 1 horror this month. I am also taking part in another blog tour this month, which I am excited for.

The books I have chosen are:

BOOK 1: The Lying Room by Nicci French

I started The Lying Room at the end of September, and I actually finished it yesterday! Review coming soon.

BOOK 2: Justice Gone by N. Lombardi JR.

BLOG TOUR! For my stop on the tour, I will be reviewing Justice Gone. My review will be up on Wednesday 16th October.

BOOK 3: Screamcatcher: Web World by Christy J. Breedlove

I was sent a free copy of Screamcatcher, by the author, in exchange for an honest review. This book sounds very intriguing, and I can’t wait to read it.

BOOK 4: Ration by Cody T. Luff

I received a free copy of Ration, from Mindbuck Media, to review. This is the only horror I will be reading for October, and I am really looking forward to it!

BOOK 5: The Photographer of the Lost by Caroline Scott

I am reading The Photographer of the Lost for a blog tour, which I will be taking part in during November, but as I have a few blog tours literally days apart next month, I want to get a head start.

BOOK 6: From Inside The House by WD Jackson-Smart

This is also for a blog tour. My stop on the tour for From Inside The House is the day after my stop for The Photographer of the Lost, and both posts will be reviews.

Which books are on your October TBR, and are you reading anything spooky?
Have you read any of the books on mine? If yes, what did you think?

Let me know in the comments!

  1. This TBR list sounds so good! I normally don’t read anything horror related since I scare easier than a two year old but now I am reading Off the grid by John Hunt ( can we take a moment and notice the fact that my fist official horror book is written by a man named Hunt?? :)) ). Hopefully I will make it to the end.

Good luck with your reading ❤
