Hey everyone!
It’s that time of the week again, so here is this week’s My Top 5 post.
For this week’s My Top 5, I have chosen my favourite authors of 2019.
1 – James Herbert

During 2019, I read 2 James Herbert books (The Rats, and Lair), and they were both amazing. My dad had been trying to get me to read Herbert for a while, and I am so glad that I finally did. I plan on reading quite a few of his books this year!
2 – Steve Cavanagh

Over the past 2 years, Steve Cavanagh has become one of my favourite authors. In 2019, I read Twisted, and was not disappointed! I can’t wait to read more of his work this year.
3 – WD Jackson-Smart

I discovered WD Jackson-Smart in 2019, when I took part in the blog tour for From Inside The House. This was one of my favourite books of the year, and I already plan on reading everything else that he has written!
4 – Deborah Masson

Another author I discovered in 2019, thanks to a blog tour. I took part in the blog tour for Hold Your Tongue towards the end of 2019, and absolutely loved it. I’m very excited to see what else Deborah Masson has to offer!
5 – Kia Abdullah

Once again, an author I discovered in 2019. This time, thanks to NetGalley! I received a copy of Take It Back through NetGalley, and loved it so much that I actually went out and bought myself a hardback copy! Kia Abdullah is an amazing author, and I can’t wait to read more of her work.
