WWW Wednesday – 11th March 2020

Hey everyone!
It is time for this week’s WWW Wednesday post.

This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and brought back by Taking on a World of Words.

The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Currently Reading:

I am currently reading The Turn of the Key by Ruth Ware, which has been on my TBR for quite a while. I only started this yesterday, but so far, I am really enjoying it! This is my first time reading anything by Ruth Ware, and I can see what all the hype is about.

Recently Finished:

Technically, I haven’t recently finished anything. I DNF’ed Searching For Edgar’s Five Dancers by Efren O’Brien at around 55%. I was so excited for this book, but I was extremely disappointed by it, and it was nothing like I had expected. My review will be up tomorrow.

Reading Next:

Next, I will be reading Killer Domes and the Chosen One by Gibbo Gibbs. This has been on my TBR for a very long time, but because of my backlog of author requests and NetGalley arcs, I am only now getting to it. This is a little out of my comfort zone, but the synopsis sounded so promising, I couldn’t turn down the opportunity.

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
Have you read any of these books? If yes, what did you think?

Let me know in the comments!

  1. I enjoyed Gibb’s Domes! I read it before and after editing and I have to say the edited version was so much better. It is a little strange but a great intro to sci-fi if that’s not your thing. Happy reading!

  2. I hope you will enjoy the rest of The Turn Of The Key! It’s my favorite of hers along with The Death Of Mrs. Westaway. Have a wonderful week and happy reading! xx

  3. I’m so curious to see what you’ll think of The Turn of the Key. It was such a difficult book for me to formulate my feelings on. I wasn’t completely sold in the end but still loved the setting and pacing… and it did really stick with me all this time.

Here’s my WWW posted on Friday. Better late than never! :p
