Stay At Home Book Tag

Hey everyone!

Today, I will be doing the Stay At Home book tag. Thank you to the lovely Eleanor Sophie for tagging me! If you haven’t already, go give her blog a follow!

Laying In Bed: A Book You Read In A Day

If I am completely honest, I rarely read a book in a day, because I always have so many other things to do. But, I did read No One Is Too Small To Make A difference by Greta Thunberg in one day.

Snacking: A Guilty Pleasure Read

Okay please don’t judge me… haha! But, I would have to say the Fifty Shades series.

Netflix: A Series You Want To Start

The Why Mummy series by Gill Sims. I have had all 3 books on my shelves for a while, and am hoping to get to them soon.

Deep Clean: A Book That’s Been On Your TBR Forever

Honestly, I could have used 90% of my bookshelves for this answer… oops! But, I have gone with Lord of the Flies by William Golding. It has been on my TBR longer than most, mainly because I read it in school (not that I can remember much of it), so I have kept pushing it back, but I plan on reading it this month.

Animal Crossing: A Book You Bought Because Of The Hype

There was so much hype for My Sister, The Serial Killer, and it really sounded like a book I would enjoy, so I bought in to the hype. I still haven’t read it though.

Productivity: A Book You Learned From Or Had An Impact On You

I learnt so much from Van Gogh’s Ear! I already knew a lot about Van Gogh, but this book solely focuses on the events surrounding and leading up to him mutilating his own ear. It was extremely interesting and informative.

FaceTime: A Book You Were Gifted

I have been gifted so many books over the years, but one that I will treasure forever is this gorgeous Barnes & Nobles edition of Penney Dreadfuls Sensational Tales of Terror. Alex bought this for me, and I love it so much.

Self Care: One Thing You’ve Done Recently To Look After Yourself

I have recently taken up yoga, and it is already making me feel so much better!

Bonus: An Upcoming Release You’re Looking Forward To

If I’m honest, I only really keep track of upcoming releases from authors I love, and somehow I have been lucky enough to receive arc copies of all of the upcoming releases that I am excited for. So, the upcoming releases that I am looking forward to, which I haven’t yet read my arc copy for are: Out For Blood by Deborah Masson, and Keep Her Quiet by Emma Curtis.
