Monthly TBR: July 2020

Hey everyone!

It’s time for my July TBR! I have picked out 5 books for July, including the one that I started at the end of June.

BOOK 1: Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi

I started Children of Blood and Bone at the end of June, and although this isn’t my usual sort of book, so far I am really enjoying it, and can’t wait to continue with it.

BOOK 2: The Ship of Shadows by Maria Kuzniar

I am taking part in the blog tour for The Ship of Shadows, hosted by The Write Reads and Puffin. I’m really excited for this one. I love a good pirate story! My stop on the tour is Friday 31st July, so you can expect my review then.

BOOK 3: Cannibal City by Jennifer Lee Thomson

I am taking part in the Cannibal City blog tour, for Damppebbles Blog Tours. I haven’t read the first book in the series, but I am told that this can be read as a standalone. The detective in a coma plot line is what really caught my interest, so I am intrigued to see how this plays out. My stop is Friday 14th August, where I will be posting my review.

BOOK 4: Keep Her Quiet by Emma Curtis

I received an arc copy of Keep Her Quiet through NetGalley, and I can not wait to read it. I read The Night You Left by Emma Curtis in August 2019 (also thanks to NetGalley), and absolutely loved it, so I have high expectations for this!

BOOK 5: Out For Blood by Deborah Masson

I received an arc copy of Out For Blood through NetGalley, and again, I am extremely excited for this one. I read Deborah Masson’s debut, Hold Your Tongue, in November 2019, and it was one of my favourite books of the year!

Which books are on your July TBR?
Have you read any of the books on mine?
If yes, what did you think?

Let me know in the comments!

    1. It’s not for everyone😊 I personally like having structure to my reading, otherwise it takes me so long to decide on my next read😂
