Hey everyone!
It’s time for my December TBR! I can’t believe it is already December, and that this is the last TBR I will be making this year… It has certainly been a strange and difficult one for most of us, so hopefully next year will be better.
I have decided to push myself again this month, and I have picked out 8 books for the month (2 of which were on my November TBR). I think I’m being a little ambitious, but hopefully I can get through them all.
BOOK 1: Ten Days in a Mad-House by Nellie Bly

I am FINALLY going to finish Ten Days in a Mad-House! It seems like it has been in my currently reading section forever, but by the end of the year, it will be in my read section!
BOOK 2: The Open House by Sam Carrington

The Open House is released this month, and thanks to NetGalley and Avon Books, I already have a copy! So, I will be reading and reviewing this around the date of it’s release.
BOOK 3: Haunted by James Herbert

So, since reading The Rats series, I have been desperate to read more James Herbert, so I’m slipping Haunted in to this months TBR, and I can’t wait!
BOOK 4: The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks

The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks has been on my TBR for a while. I’ve seen the movie adaptation, but that was quite a long time ago, so I’ve pretty much forgotten most of it, which hopefully will make the reading experience better.
BOOK 5: The Fault in Our Stars by John Green

The Fault in Our Stars is another one that has been on my TBR for a while. Despite how famous it is, not only have I not read the book, I haven’t seen the movie adaptation for this either. I do know that I will need the tissues at the ready though!
BOOK 6: Blood Metal Bone by Lindsay Cummings

I received a copy of Blood Metal Bone through NetGalley, and with it’s upcoming release in January, I wanted to read it in advance.
BOOK 7: Why Mummy Drinks by Gill Sims

Why Mummy Drinks is the first book in the Why Mummy series by Gill Sims, and I have had it on my TBR since it was first released, and I have had a hardback copy since then too but still haven’t read it, so NOW IS THE TIME! There is now 4 books in the series, and I own them all, so I will be attempting to read half of series this month.
BOOK 8: Why Mummy Swears by Gill Sims

Why Mummy Swears is book 2 of the Why Mummy series.
Which books are on your December TBR?

Great list Danni! I haven’t read The Fault in Our Stars either and have avoided the movie because I want to read the book first. My kids have read it though and they tell me that I will definitely need the tissues.
