WWW Wednesday – 16th December 2020

Hey everyone!
It is time for this week’s WWW Wednesday post!

This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and brought back by Taking on a World of Words.

The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

I am currently reading The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. Despite its huge popularity, this is my first time reading the book, and I’ve never seen the movie either. I only started it this morning, so I’ve barely read any of it, but I know I’m going to need to prepare for my heart to be broken.

Recently Finished:

I recently finished reading Haunted by James Herbert. After reading the Rats series, I was so excited to read another James Herbert book, and although I didn’t enjoy this as much as the 3 books from the Rats series, I still loved this one! I can’t wait to read more of his books! Review to come.

I also recently finished The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks, and I have to say that I preferred the movie. The writing was a little too basic and obvious, but the general story was a nice read. Review to come.

Next, I will be reading Blood Metal Bone by Lindsay Cummings, and I’m really looking forward to it! It’s a little out of my comfort zone, but it sounds fantastic, so I’m so excited to start it!

Have you read any of these books? If yes, what did you think?

  1. The Fault in Our Stars is definitely a tear-jerker. My husband actually made me read it because I was avoiding it due to its popularity, but he adored it 😂. It is a great story! Also, I love your blog and I nominated you for a blogging award if you have the time to complete it! ❤️
