WWW Wednesday – 17th February 2021

Hey everyone!
It is time for this week’s WWW Wednesday post.

This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and brought back by Taking on a World of Words.

The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

NO, I STILL HAVEN’T FINISHED THIS. I’m really struggling with the thought of picking it back up again…

Following on from The Hobbit, a few friends and I are reading The Lord of the Rings, starting with the first volume of the book, The Fellowship of the Ring. This is one of my favourite trilogies ever, so I I’m so excited for the discussions!

I was a little behind our buddy read schedule for The Hobbit, but I finally finished it this morning, and loved it. Despite having read LOTR, I had never actually read The Hobbit before, so it was a lot of fun.

Next, I will be reading The Last Bear by Hannah Gold, for an upcoming bookstagram tour. I am still waiting for my copy to arrive, but as soon as it does, I will start reading.

What do you think you’ll read next?
Have you read any of these books? If yes, what did you think?

Let me know in the comments!

  1. I always forget just how much fun The Hobbit is. It’s been years since I’ve read that, and longer since I’ve read Lord of the Rings… Hmm, I feel a re-read coming on. I’m currently reading The Bear King by James Wilde and loving it, and having Matt Haig’s Midnight Library up next!
