It’s time for another Music Monday! For this week’s song, I have chosen Bad Habits by Ed Sheeran (feat. Bring Me The Horizon)

Bad Habits by Ed Sheeran (Feat. Bring Me The Horizon)

Bad Habits was originally released by Ed Sheeran in June 2021 as the lead single from his fifth studio album, =. Opening the BRIT Awards 2022 on 8th February 2022, Ed Sheeran performed Bad Habits, but was joined by Bring Me The Horizon. This performance went down so well that everyone was calling for a studio version to be released. Ed and BMTH released the single on 17th February 2022.

I’ve always liked Ed Sheeran (partly because we are both from the same area), but BMTH have been one of my absolute favourite bands for a very long time now, all the way back from their much heavier days. I have watched them grow as a band over this time, and it’s unbelievable how much they have achieved. This was a collaboration that I never would have expected, and certainly wouldn’t have thought that it would work, but OH MY GOD. Have I had this song on repeat since its release? YOU BET I HAVE!
