WWW Wednesday – 28th September 2022

Hey everyone!
It is time for this week’s WWW Wednesday post.

This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and brought back by Taking on a World of Words.

The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Currently Reading:

I am currently reading The Skinned Man by Darren Bruce. I was gifted a copy of the book from the author, who is local to me, and this is his debut novel. I’m not too far in at the moment, but I’m super excited to read this one!

I am currently reading Kin by Kealan Patrick Burke. This is mainly for when I’m early on the school run as it is easier to get up on an ebook on my phone than to carry a physical copy with me. I’m about half way through, and absolutely loving it so far. It’s rather gruesome at times, and definitely not for the faint hearted.

I am also currently reading Where David Threw Stones by Elyse Hoffman. I am reading this for the upcoming @The_WriteReads blog tour. I’ve only just started it, but am enjoying it so far.

Recently Finished:

I recently finished The Final Gambit by Jennifer Lynn Barnes, and it was everything I had hoped it would be. I absolutely love this series! Review to come.

Next, I will be reading So Happy For You by Celia Laskey. I received a copy of the book from the publishers a couple of months ago and am only now getting the chance to read it. I’ve been looking forward to this one since the moment it arrived!

What do you think you’ll read next?
Have you read any of these books? If yes, what did you think?
