Wrap Up: April 2020

Hey everyone!

It is time for my April wrap up! For my April TBR, I picked out 4 books, including one which I started on the last day of March.

April was supposed to be such a happy month for me. We had so many plans, but most importantly, the 26th of April was supposed to be our wedding day. But, because of the current situation, all of it had to be postponed. It has been a very emotional and difficult month to say the least.

However, we have already set a new wedding date for April 2021, and our new countdown can properly begin! I also managed to get more reading done this month than I did in March, things are finally starting to look up!

I managed to read 3 books in April, and can start May with a fresh read.

Books I Read:

BOOK 1: The Career Killer by Ali Gunn

The Career Killer is exactly the type of book I love to read. A fast paced thriller, full of action. There were a couple of predictable moments, but I thoroughly enjoyed this book. FULL REVIEW HERE!

BOOK 2: Our Bloody Pearl by D.N. Bryn

Our Bloody Pearl is only my second 5 star read of 2020! I loved this story. It was very unique, and I really struggled to put it down! FULL REVIEW HERE!

BOOK 3: Harrow Lake by Kat Ellis

Harrow Lake is totally creepy, and exactly the type of book I love to read. I don’t usually read much YA, but this was worth every second! I read Harrow Lake for the ultimate blog tour, and my review will be up on Saturday 16th May.
