Wrap Up: January 2021

Hey everyone!

Today, I will be sharing my January Wrap Up! I had quite a good month of reading, despite not getting through everything I had on my January TBR.
In January, I managed to read 4 books, and get 70% of the way through 2 more.

Books Read:

BOOK 1: Why Mummy Swears by Gill Sims

PURCHASE HERE (affiliate links): WaterstonesBook Depository

I read Why Mummy Drinks (book 1 of the series) in January, and LOVED it. So, I immediately started Why Mummy Swears, and carried it on in to January. Although I didn’t enjoy this as much as book 1, I still loved this. Review to come.

BOOK 2: The Murder of Roger Ackroyd by Agatha Christie

PURCHASE HERE (affiliate links): WaterstonesBook Depository

I read The Murder of Roger Ackroyd with our little @The_WriteReads book club, and enjoyed it, but not as much as I had expected. We had some great discussions throughout the book, and the ending was fantastic. Review to come.

BOOK 3: An Eye For An Eye by Carol Wyer

PURCHASE HERE (affiliate links): Book Depository

I read An Eye For An Eye for the @damppebbles blog tour, and loved it. This book was a great read, and you can find my review HERE.

BOOK 4: Bad Habits by Flynn Meaney

PURCHASE HERE (affiliate links): WaterstonesBook Depository

I read Bad Habits for an upcoming The Write Reads ultimate blog tour. This book is fantastic, and I powered through it in less than 24 hours. Look out for my review on 11th February, my stop on the tour.

Which books did you read in January?
Which was your favourite of the month?
Have you read any of the books from my January wrap up?
